Meet The Designers Redefining London Fashion Week
With London Fashion Week in flux, SHOWstudio wanted to spotlight the designers leading the way, no matter the shape-shifting of the fashion climate: menswear designers Nicholas Daley, Priya Ahluwalia, Stefan Cooke (and partner Jake Burt), and womenswear designers Richard Malone and Matty Bovan. The designers talk through their approaches to creating, be that finding beauty in charity shop finds (Stefan Cooke), or representing their community through their craftsmanship and on the catwalk (Nicholas Daley). Whether they're unintentionally making dresses to get laid in (Richard Malone) or trying to surprise and delight every season (Matty Bovan) you can be sure that they're trying to design for longevity, where owning a piece of their work means you're part of something bigger, that lasts (Priya Ahluwalia).
