Jawara Wauchope is a hair stylist and the contributing beauty editor for Dazed Beauty. Brooklyn-born Wauchope moved to London after graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology and the Aveda Institute. In London, he assisted Guido Palau, Luigi Murenu and Sam McKnight, and since 2013 he has worked independently.
Wauchope's work has featured on the pages of AnOther Magazine, Dazed, British Vogue and i-D Magazine amongst many others. He has worked with renowned brands including Gucci, Chanel, Off-White and Calvin Klein, winning the 2018 British Fashion Council New Wave Creatives Award and was featured on the Business of Fashion 500 and Dazed 100 rankings.
