Agusta Yr is an Icelandic film director and artist. Yr grew up between Miami and Iceland, later studying photography in New York. Experimenting across different forms of media, predominantly in video, photography and 3D. Yr's work draws on the cultural differences encountered in her upbringing and in the places she has lived.
Yr is now based in London, where she works from her studio in Seven Sisters.
