Live Review: Bottega Veneta S/S 24

Live from Milan, editor Hetty Mahlich reviews the Bottega Veneta S/S 24 collection, which she thought was no less than a spectacular show of craftsmanship as demonstrated through Blazy's innovative trompe l'oeils, as well as his use of the brand's hallmark Intrecciato weave.

Playing with the idea of essential luxury as a main theme throughout the collection, Mahlich notes that Bottega Veneta S/S 24 was all about hammering home the importance of craft and the people behind it. She also mentions a key colour used throughout was a 'paddling pool blue', seen on the house's signature bags, dresses, shoes and fringing all while communicating the idea of desirable clothes fit for the everyday.
