Carla Theurer
Digital Designer
Carla Theurer is the senior digital designer at SHOWstudio.
Originally from Geneva, Switzerland, Theurer has been working for six years as an artist and multidisciplinary designer in a creative agency, both in-house and freelance. Her practice takes many forms, including print and digital media to single and multi-channel video works and installations.
After completing a degree in visual communication in Germany, Theurer spent four years working as a graphic designer and art director in an interdisciplinary creative studio. Her interest in new media technologies, installations and immersive experiences saw her move to London, where she completed a Master's in Information Experience Design at the Royal College of Art before working as a designer at the Royal Opera House, developing digital campaigns.
