Husband and collaborator to creative director Demna, BFRND has shaped the maison’s sound with his techno-imbued tunes since 2017. In this interview, the musician, model, and muse discusses his signature sound. Not interested in being pigeonholed as a techno DJ, he explains how hip-hop influenced the S/S 23 soundtrack, noting that his interpretation of the genre might be different to what we expect.
