Shoot Footage: The Face
Drawing on the visual language of the Alexander McQueen A/W 98 Joan collection, Nick Knight's editorial for the April 1998 issue of The Face featured Shirley Mallmann on a bed of nails and Lee McQueen himself channeling Joan of Arc. As always, Knight recorded the entire shoot for his archive using handycams. Footage from the shoot was never released and remained in Knight's archive until now.
