Print

Launched on 20 July 2015

Driven by the discussion surrounding the future of the printed magazine, SHOWstudio puts the spotlight on now infamous style mags and zines from the past - Cheap Date, Nova, Twen, West One, Lipstick, Ritz, Deluxe and many more - that continue to inspire today’s image-makers and writers. Intrigued by the repeated assertion that ‘print is dead’, SHOWstudio editor Lou Stoppard collected together the founders of these titles, alongside some of the world’s most avid magazine collectors, to question how a mag’s impact and success can be measured by far more than its print run.
