If you feel a sense of grotesque when looking at Sofia Lai's work, you're certainly not alone. Uncanny yet equally (and wonderfully) familiar, Lai's sculptures are never the result of one mood or inspiration. Instead, they're a collage of references taken from moments as simple as 'watching a man walk down the street'.
