Day 1: Is Policy Important For Fashion
The first day of the Fashion Roundtable takeover From Front Row To Front Bench sees a series of different discussions with experts from fashion, business and politics, centring around the question of whether policy is important for fashion.
Kicking off the takeover, Fashion Roundtable's Jodi Muter-Hamilton (Strategy and Communications Director) and Heather Lafferty (Policy Researcher) join Tamara Cincik (Founder and CEO). Throughout the day, Cincik is joined in conversation by Labour MP Catherine West, Scottish National Party MP Dr Lisa Cameron and William Bain, an advisor on Brexit and Trade policy for The British Retail Consortium.
Member of House of Lords and political activist Baroness Lola Young also joins Cincik before Fashion Roundtable's editor, disability activist Lottie Jackson, introduces a series of posts she has personally curated to communicate and reflect key takeaways from the day.
