Editorial Gallery: Givenchy S/S 21

published on 24 September 2020

Matthew Williams called upon Nick Knight to photograph his debut Givenchy campaign.

Drawing inspiration from his new life in Paris where Givenchy is based, Williams merges his penchant for hardware with Givenchy signatures, also looking to the infamous lovelocks found on Parisian bridges. Gold padlocks are embossed with the interlocking 'G' house logo and exotic skin patterns, whilst others feature multiple hanging shackles and textured screws. Set against pastel backgrounds, the locks offer up new unisex symbols for the 68 year old French house, and a taste of what Williams' unique vision will bring.
