'I went to New York quite soon after I set up as a photographer, because I thought that it was the centre of photography and fashion photography and portraiture, and of course I'd had that initial trip when I was 18 when I'd gone with Andy Warhol to Studio 54.'
On the final day of the SHOWstudio Shop exhibition The Café, family friends Simone Rocha and Perry Ogden discussed the photographer's life and career over tea.
