- What is your name and how would you describe what you do?
Ebinum Brothers: We are Victory and Marvel Ebinum known as Ebinum Brothers, we refer to ourselves as artistic communicators. Communication is everything to us, we love to communicate through different art forms and movement is one of them which we are easily expressive with. We are also choreographers, art directors and writers. We are involved in anything that has to do with telling a story which is why we refer to ourselves as artistic communicators because, for us, it’s not about the action we are making, it’s about what we are saying/communicating.
- What's your background?
EB: We are from Lagos, Nigeria.
- What inspires you?
EB: Life Experiences in general, ours and of humans in the world.
- What did you hope to convey with your Bodies Of Knowledge film?
EB: We hope to express more of who we are, why we create and how we create. For us it’s all about a feeling, we express our movements based on our feelings. So we hope to share that it’s something more than our body just moving, it’s about what we are feeling. We want to inspire people to just let go and feel every emotion. Then, we can easily convey our message to others without speaking because they will be able to feel what we feel.
