- What's your background?
KM: I am African American, living in London. I have a background in photography, art history and sociology.
- What inspires you?
KM: I'm inspired by mundane things and mundane activities.
- What is the ambition behind your practice?
KM: Self-representation and expression are central to all of my work. I attempt to make the ordinary extraordinary but focusing on things people often look past.
- What did you hope to convey with your Bodies Of Knowledge film?
KM: The chaos of sleep and the interruptions to its rhythms.
