The panellists discuss how they have seen both the industry and their respective fields change in the aftermath of the Black Lives Matter protests. Offering their professional opinions from the fields of make-up, styling and journalism, the panellists talk about the obstacles facing young black designers and creatives, and the role of fashion media in advocating for authentic black stories and voices.

Discussion also covers catering to white fragility, positive discrimination and lifting other members of the community up, together with a reflection on black excellence and joy.
