The South Kensington site features in a new fashion film directed by Georgia Hudson, Creativity. It's What Makes Us.

Known for making short films interrogating themes of identity, self-expression, and youth culture, filmmaker and director Georgia Hudson has made London's V&A the centre of her new fashion film, Creativity. It's What Makes Us.

Capturing and celebrating the museum's emblematic site on Cromwell Road, Hudson's film tells the story of a mannequin encountering incredible art, design and performance inside the museum; from fashion and jewellery to photography and sculpture, it's the boundless creativity within the museum walls that stun the film's characters with amazement.

The V&A works every day to share the power of creativity, understanding that from the objects we use to the clothes we choose to wear and what we watch or listen to, creativity is always at the crux of it. As inspiring as it is full of wonder, Hudson's film hones in on this important quality; one that falls central to just about every craft there is.
