Husband-and-wife design duo Ditte and Nicolaj Reffstrup have built Ganni into a global brand, becoming a worldwide hit sensation amongst the young and old, trendy and stylish. Yet, their story has remained primarily untold... until now. Opening up the Ganni universe is the brand's debut monograph, GANNI: Gimme More. Capturing the diverse network of creatives that surrounds the brand, the book also reveals the Copenhagen-based label's ongoing efforts to become the most responsible version of itself. Photographers, stylists, designers and artists alike gather to help inform the story of Ganni in the brand's tell-all book, which features a myriad of archive designs, collections, and iconic collaborations along the way.
Based out of Copenhagen, in a little over a decade, Ganni has managed to capture the fashion industry by storm thanks to their Scandinavian sensibility and 'open to everyone' attitude, which has always strived to celebrate creativity and individuality in a way that is unapologetically inclusive and self-expressive.
Highlights include a photo essay of Ganni's Copenhagen, photographed by collaborator Ana Kraš and accompanied by a conversation with creative director Ditte Reffstup; an editorial of Ganni's New York friends and family by Richie Shazam; a reflection on sustainability and the future of fashion by founder Nicolaj Reffstrup; a collage of GANNI's most notorious house parties; an essay celebrating what it means to be a Ganni Girl by Susie Lau; and a photography story captured by Jackie Landvik of the Ganni Girl community - one which has shown unwavering loyalty to Ganni over the past decade.
