Bonafide hairstylist Sam McKnight's The Big Blow Out is set to make its way to your TV screen in the coming months, hosted by the makers of the nation's favourite, British Bake Off.
Judged by Sam McKnight and Lisa Farrall and presented by Aj Odudu, the Love Productions-produced series is making its way to your TV screen this Autumn. Announcing the series in an Instagram post, McKnight wrote, 'Grab the hairspray and hairdryer as E4 is looking for a fresh new trim with brand-new competition series The Big Blow Out',
The series will see 11 experienced hairstylists compete in a series of 'extravagant and jaw dropping' hair challenges for a chance to be named The Big Blow Out champion. Taking each stylist's creative flair and talent to the next level, McKnight also promised in the post that 'we'll be seeing no "short back and sides" cuts here', with each episode throwing the stylists into the deep end as they take on two creative challenges that will put their coiffure skills to the test like they never have before.
Along with a weekly guest judge, McKnight and Farrall will use their triumphant experience and knowledge as they offer advice and guidance to push these hopefuls to their limits, creating eye-opening hairstyles that we're sure will have viewers swooning.
