JW Anderson's Moncler Genius Collection Drops Today

Every year, Moncler Genius invites a host of renegade designers to reinterpret their signature down jacket. Jonathan Anderson has been part of the cohort since 2020, bringing his subversive, playful take to the French brand. Now, he's taken to an Alice In Wonderland-style maze, where he sets a Tyler Mitchell-lensed campaign for his Moncler Genius 2021 collection, launched for A/W 22.

Joyful prints featuring swirling waves and colourful blotches adorn drawstring trousers and jacquard knit jumpers. Styled by Benjamin Bruno with crocheted hats and Chelsea boots finished with bouclè details, the men's and women's collection is an escapist dive into Moncler's roots as an outwear company, with highlights of 1 Moncler JW Anderson being the padded vests and miniskirts, zip-up jackets and padded parkas with leather straps in a palette which draws from childlike wonder; think baby blues and pinks, buttercup yellow, electric blue and coral.
