Reminiscent of the women's A/W 23 show earlier this year, models Aboubakar Konteand, Brando Erba and Vittoria Ceretti are captured in front of a distinctive forest green background for the Italian maison's latest campaign.
Lensed by David Sims, the campaign pays homage to several Gucci pieces drawn from recent 'the eras of the house'; however, the latest edition to be given the contemporary Gucci makeover alongside them is the Gucci Horsebit Chain bag. The archival reprisal version is simply a 'maxi version' of the iconic accessory, re-contextualising the legacy hardware first conceived by Aldo Gucci in 1953 as a loafer embellishment.
Padded leather, shearling, crystal, and contrast-leather variations are all now available in this much-loved style, which is modelled by hand, on the shoulder or as a clutch in the campaign by Ceretti, staying true to the idea that versatility and timelessness are what Gucci does best.
