GCDS Head To Naples In Latest Campaign
Summer is coming to a close but that doesn’t mean we’re letting go of our wanderlust any time soon. Keeping our spark for adventure is GCDS who have just unveiled their A/W 23 collection shot in Naples. With the unmistakable backdrop of Piazza Plebiscito and the picturesque vistas of the coast, the images evoke all the idle feelings of hot holidays.
While inspired by the allure of daily life in Naples, GCDS’ unmistakable irreverence is evident in the vibrant shots of the city’s architecture, pizza, and football on the telly. A peek inside the life of its locals, the campaign is packed with irony and energy that creative director Giuliano Calza has built the brand on.
One of the big standouts from the campaign is the brand’s signature Comma bag. Featured in mirrored silver and fluorescent yellow, the trapezoid silhouette makes it wholly unique to today’s it-bags. While the A/W 23 collection signals a new direction for the brand with a focus on refined tailoring in luxe materials like Jacquard wools and bouclé, the youth-driven brand is proving it’s not straying too far from their roots.
