Dior's Latest Ode To Heritage
The latest handbag offering from Dior comes in the form of the elegant St Honoré. The new iteration of the tote style bag, which is named after the district where the Dior flagship can be found in Paris, comes in box or grained leather, with a choice of five colours including black, petrol blue and grey. Finished with a clasp and 'CD' signature, the bag also features an interchangeable shoulder strap. Popularised by creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri, this element of personalisation allows for the bag to become one's own. Now that's luxury.
The bag is released as part of Dior's 30 Montaigne line, which pays homage to the French luxury brand's heritage. Created by Chiuri in 2019, the line is named after the address where Dior was founded in 1946, and features modern interpretations of iconic Dior designs. Emblematic of the house codes of elegance, luxury and craftsmanship, 30 Montaigne reflects Chiuri's tact of using the past to move into the future.
