Casablanca highlights the ‘Paris’ in Casablanca Paris with a captivating interior and exterior tableau of creative director Charaf Tajer’s latest designs for Pre-Fall 2024 that tie maximal views of glass, leather and metal together with a surprising minimal approach to Casablanca surfaces to capture a different spirit flamboyance within the Bay of Cannes.
Those Casablanca elegant pleasures of panache — quilted pastel, degradé zig zags, scenic landscapes in silk — find themselves at home in a mid-century landscape at the Green Galaxie, a sustainably designed, coastal villa in Provence. Photographer Dudi Hasson gets into their film bag to set scenes of swimming as sunlight shimmers across the water, a couple both together, yet isolated, in thoughts and extravagances all backdropped by the Riviera’s luminous skies and painterly cliffs of the coastal Massif de l’Esterel.
Brash, but correct, flamboyance Casablanca is known for takes a modern, albeit slightly sinister, turn to ratchet up the importance of a unified sense of personal style, interior taste and savoir faire all interconnected by nature’s palatial expanses.
