Founded on the principles of craftsmanship, creativity, and sustainability, the Italian label’s Accademia Labor et Ingenium will not only train 50 students a year but offer them positions as an artisan. The program is based between Bottega’s Montebelle Vicentino atelier and their manufacturing site in Povolaro Dueville. The Academy offers a unique and immersive learning experience for aspiring fashion designers, artists, and industry professionals with the mission of preserving and evolving traditional Italian craftsmanship.
