Aries Is Reigniting Our Love of Crocs
From humble clog to certified wardrobe staple, the face-lift that Crocs has received in the last few years from collaborations with brands big and small has made it a must-have. Still, at the end of the day, the divisive shoe is all about comfort and the great outdoors. No one understands this better than Aries who are elevating the functionality of Crocs with the introduction of the Xscape Clog.
Made for enjoying the great outdoors, the unmistakable silhouette is enhanced with an even thinker, treaded outsole for optimal traction. The rubber straps are also replaced with adjustable backstraps and a braided front strap to keep the clogs secure whether on those morning walks or scenic hikes. Plus, if you’re a fan of Crocs’ Jibbitz, the pair comes with a selection of shining stones, including amethyst and citrine crystals.
Accompanying the release of the Xscape Clog is a film by Jonny Lu and Dario Vigorito showcasing the design in all its outdoor glory. Filtered through a nostalgic haze, the film transports us to childhood memories of exploring the great outdoors while highlighting the two colourways, ‘Slate Grey’ and ‘Desert Grass’. While well beyond those formative years, the new design might be just the thing to inspire your next outdoor adventure.
