Victoria Beckham is a British fashion designer. Beckham was formerly part of girl band the Spice Girls in the late nineties. After the group's split and a career as a solo artist, Beckham went on to pursue a career in fashion. Beckham collaborated with a number of fashion companies, including Rock & Republic, before launching her own denim label dVb in 2006. The brand launched a handbag and jewellery range the same year alongside a fragrance.
In 2008, Beckham launched her eponymous label to commercial and critical acclaim, presenting as part of New York Fashion Week.
Beckham held her first catwalk show for spring 2012, and received the 2011 British Fashion Award for Brand of the Year from the British Fashion Council.
In addition to her award-winning design work, Beckham has featured in numerous fashion editorials, and in 2008 was a model for Marc Jacobs' mainline Spring/Summer campaign. In 2017 she was awarded an Order of the British Empire for her services to the fashion industry. In September 2019, Victoria Beckham launched a beauty line, Victoria Beckham Beauty.
