Stuart oversees QIC Global Real Estate’s A$15 billion real estate investment portfolio. It includes a development pipeline of A$5 billion and incorporates asset and development management, leasing and strategy across 30 sites in Australia and the US.
Over the past 18 years with QIC, Stuart has overseen award-winning projects including Eastland, Robina Town Centre and Canberra Centre, with a combined project value of more than A$2 billion. Stuart has been fundamental to QIC’s strategic asset creation programme to reimagine retail centres through mixed use commercial and retail assets and exceptional architecture and design.
