Nanna Øland Fabricius is a Danish singer who performs under the name Oh Land. Her background as a ballet dancer and education at the Royal Danish and Royal Swedish Ballet schools influences her musically, as well a family of creatives, and in fact, she first considered a career in music after suffering from an injury as a dancer. Her performances are created with an idea of stimulating her audience sonically and visually, though the use of instruments and visual projections. In 2008, she released her debut album Fauna, and her second album, which was self-titled, came out in 2011. Since then, she has released Wish Bone (2013), Earth Sick (2014) and Family Tree (2019).
