Michael Kenny is director of the Institute of Public Policy, Cambridge University. Previously, he was the first director of the Mile End Institute, Queen Mary University of London. Kenny writes extensively about English nationalism and the politics of the UK's territorial constitution, and is the author of The Politics of English Nationhood, published by Oxford University Press in 2014.
