Mettamodernist is a writer, poet and creative director.
They are the founder of CRTRXHAUS studios, an independent creative agency and AfroAbsurdism, an international movement of social revolutionaries made up of avant-garde artists, intellectuals, and political theorists. Using the lens of hip-hop, fashion, and deconstructive literary and art movements, Mettamodernist sits at the intersection of expressionism, and uses CRTRXHAUS studio as a vehicle to continue fusing multiple mediums to create an amalgamation of life itself.
Born between two worlds, Mettamodernist uses words, prose, and gritty super-imposed visuals to unveil the darkest recesses of humanity. Illuminating the crux between fashion, literature, and hip-hop, Mettamodernist's work aims to push the boundaries of human consciousness.
