Melitta Baumeister is a fashion brand based in New York, founded by German designer Melitta Baumeister and visual artist Paul Jung in 2013.
Graduating from Parsons’ inaugural Fashion Design and Society MFA course in 2013, the label made their official debut for A/W 14 and were quickly snapped up by Dover Street Market and selected for the 2015 Vogue Talents in Dubai. Shortlisted for the LVMH Prize in 2016, Melitta Baumeister are known for their surreal and sculptural silhouettes.
