Polish-born Malgosia Bela became a runway and editorial model in the early nineties, debuting at Paris Fashion Week in 1998 for Comme des Garçons, Givenchy and Balenciaga. She has since appeared on the covers of numerous international publications including Numéro, Dazed and Confused and French, German, Spanish, Italian, Australian and British Vogue.
In 2001, she moved into her acting career, playing the lead role in the Polish movie, Stranger. In 2018, she appeared in Luca Guadagnino's film Suspiria.
She returned to the fashion industry in 2006, appearing in advertising campaigns for Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Chloé and Jil Sander among others.
She is creative director of Vogue Poland, having joined as editor-at-large when the magazine launched in 2018.
