Lauren Wyper is the founder of talent and model management agency Phoenix The Agency.
The London based agency was launched in 2017 from Wyper's bedroom in Brixton after gaining experience co-owning a boutique agency in Sydney. Phoenix is a link between creative talent and major brands — Burberry, Prada and Celine are amongst its clients — which is informed by Wyper’s inherent focus on development on both client and model side.
The agency now represents over 150 talents, including both models and now musicians and actors dealing with their fashion campaigns exclusively, with a personable presence and attentive mood overseeing evolution with a global focus, balancing specialised, local talent growth with broader brand moments.
