Laura Weir is a fashion journalist and editor. Weir began her career in fashion journalism as an intern at Drapers. She spent five years working on the the trade magazine before becoming its fashion editor in 2010.
Since leaving Drapers in 2011, Weir has been freelance content director for the trade show Pure London, deputy editor at the luxury fashion website Cocosa and acting fashion editor for ELLE UK online.
In April 2012 Weir joined Sunday Times Style, where she was fashion features director and penned the magazine's Wardrobe Mistress column. In 2015, she became editor of the Evening Standard magazine.
