Jeff Bhasker is a Grammy award-winning songwriter and producer known for his work with Kanye West on West's albums 808’s and Heartbreak and My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. He also penned the Alicia Keys hit Try Sleeping with a Broken Heart and won a Grammy for Best Rap Song with Run This Town.
His music is featured on Beyoncé's album 4 as well as Jay Z and Kanye West’s Watch the Throne. He was lead producer on New York band Fun's debut album, which won him another Grammy, for the album's lead single We Are Young. He also co-wrote the single Uptown Funk with Mark Ronson.
As his alter ego, Billy Kraven, Bhasker showcases his talents as a singer and performer. His suite of tracks, Born On the 4th of July is reminiscent of psychedelic protest-love songs wrapped in synthesizers and MPC drum machines.
