Higher Sense Studio is a travelling mobile artist laboratory, currently based in Athens, Greece. Gathering inspiration from a multitude of regions and localities the laboratory aims to traverse both material and spiritual realms and is run by Cypriot multidisciplinary artist and craftsman, Hermes Pittakos.
With a background in prosthetics and sculpture, the studio experiments with the making of recycled & customised silicone and latex garments, working on a developing series of wearable armour; conjured from a world situated in neither the past nor the future, these works rather aim to depict the immutable sphere of the imagination.
