Halina Edwards is a designer and researcher based in London. Her work takes on a reflective and earnest approach to design, that attempts to bring histories often unheard of amplified to the forefront of her work. Jamaican born, Edwards' work takes basis from social commentary, and the continual learning about her heritage to inform her design practice.

Edwards has exhibited work at the 198 Contemporary Art & Learning Centre in collaboration with Afropunk, and has showcased work at London Fashion Week. She currently works as Lead Designer at The Black Curriculum, and works freelance as a researcher for social enterprises, directors and moving image artists.
