Georgina Goodman

Shoe Designer

Georgina Goodman is a shoe designer and consultant for luxury fashion houses such as Tommy Hilfiger, Luella Bartley and Casadei. Having begun her career as a stylist and journalist for i-D and ELLE, Goodman was inspired to study footwear at Cordwainer’s College. In 2001 she undertook an MA in womenswear's footwear at the Royal College of Art. By the end of 2002, she had launched her debut couture collection, with the opening of her first store in the heart of Mayfair. A ready-to-wear line followed in 2003 and has since grown to include bags, accessories and a bespoke footwear collection for men.

Described by Manolo Blahnik as ‘the future of footwear’, Goodman has twice been nominated as accessory designer of the year by the British Fashion Council.
