Eva Phillips is a practising fashion historian and student at Central Saint Martins.
Originally Los Angeles-based, Phillips moved to London in 2022 to study for a BA (Hons) in Fashion Communication: Fashion History and Theory at Central Saint Martins. Alongside her studies, Phillips is currently the editorial intern at SHOWstudio.
As an interdisciplinary creative, she utilises her theoretical studies to underpin her written work which mostly references discussions surrounding the body and how it is presented in fashion and popular culture. Within this field, Phillips has produced papers and articles on cyborgs, costume design, and myths that permeate fashion, film, music and society at large.
