Ben Cottrell and Matthew Dainty, collectively known as COTTWEILER, are concept-led designers who respond instinctively to their social environment.
Forward-thinking design and manufacturing is combined with an aspirational quality to form a relevant menswear label. In addition to producing seasonal collections stocked worldwide, COTTWEILER produce films and installations which have been showcased at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London, the Haus Der Kunst in Munich and Alsion Jacques Gallery, London. Collaborators include FKA Twigs, Skepta, Holly Herndon and Palmistry.
COTTWEILER has featured in many art and fashion publications such as Vogue Italia, Dazed & Confused, New York Times, The Guardian and i-D magazine. Individually Ben Cottrell and Matthew Dainty have designed for Kim Jones, Ozwald Boateng, Umbro and Head Sportwear and within these brands they have collaborated with Nike, Puma, Graham Watches and Aston Martin.
