Anna Span is a pornographic filmmaker and editor who lives and works in London. Span studied BA Hons Fine Art (Film and Video) at Central Saint Martins and wrote her dissertation entitled Towards a New Pornography, which discussed the female perspective on porn. Upon graduating in 1998, she began to work on a full-length porn feature but financial difficulties forced Span to abandon the project. She later began to work on a series entitled Interviews with Men.
Span's first commercially released programme, Eat Me/Keep Me, was screened on Television X in 1999, where she also worked as an editor. Her first book, Shoot Your Own Adult Home Movies, was published in 2004.
She has released several hardcore and softcore porn DVDs through her company Easy on the Eye Productions. Span's films are also stocked in softcore shops such as Ann Summers and Coco de Mer.
