Angela Quaintrell

Angela Quaintrell is a fashion consultant with over 30 years experience in high fashion retail. Quaintrell was the head buyer at luxury department store Liberty for fourteen years and was one of the first to buy Alexander McQueen at the earlier stages of his career. She now works with young designers and growing fashion companies to develop their business models and selling strategies, working with London College of Fashion and the Centre for Fashion Enterprise. She has mentored the likes of Peter Pilloto, Marques' Almeida, Wales Bonner and Molly Goddard.
Quaintrell also lectures at Instituto Marangoni, is a mentor to young emerging designers from the Vauxhall Fashion Scout programme and is an advisor to the British Fashion Council showcasing fund.
