Alex Black is a director and photographer based between New York and Montreal. Interested in themes of abstraction and figuration, Black's work has been featured in publications such as i-D, Document Journal, Vogue Italia, Dazed Digital and PAPER.
Their clients include Moncler Craig Green, Off-White, Pat McGrath and Versace Jens Couture. She has held shows at Red Hook Labs (New York, 2018), The Rencontres d'Arles International Photography Festival (France, 2019), and Theory’s flagship store (New York, 2017) and she was awarded the PDN’s 2017 Emerging Photographer award.
