Hugo Wilson is a British artist, working across a range of media including painting, drawing, sculpture and printmaking. His work explores issues of faith and belief and the associated structures of power, incorporating his wide-ranging interests including science, religion and culture, history and memory.

Wilson has exhibited solo at Parafin, London (2015, 2016); Project B, Milan (2013); Mihai Nicodim Gallery, Los Angeles (2012); Galerie Judin, Berlin (2017). His work is in private and public collections internationally, including the New York Public Library, the Deutsche Bank Collection and the Fondazione Memmo in Rome and has featured in the BP Portrait Prize, National Portrait Gallery, London (2005), Nightfall (curated by Jane Neal), Modem Museum, Hungary (2012) and the Busan Biennale, Busan Metropolitan Art Museum, South Korea (2010).
