Cerebral Ballzy is a band from Brooklyn, New York formed of five skater punks - frontman Honor Titus, bassist Melvin Honore, drummer Abe and guitar players Jason and Mason. They formed in 2008 and are a part of the hardcore punk movement. Cerebral Ballzy are known best for their outrageous energetic performances.
