Live Review: Fendi S/S 22 Womenswear
Live from Milan, features editor Hetty Mahlich reviews the Fendi S/S 22 womenswear show. Musing on various intriguing hints towards the show - such as the brand’s physical invitation in the form of a beautifully decorated fan with an Antonio Lopez illustration - Mahlich goes on to note this was an exciting show all round, with it being creative director Kim Jones’s first physical show since taking the helm of Fendi womenswear. Mahlich later reveals the collection was, in fact, inspired by Karl Lagerfeld's contemporaries, and the lustrous drawings of Lopez, the latest of Jones’ notorious collaborations, perfectly reflected the language of Fendi and the house’s heritage.
