Live Review: Louis Vuitton S/S 20 Womenswear
Live from Paris, fashion editor Georgina Evans reviews the Louis Vuitton S/S 20 womenswear show with content editor Calum Knight. Evans discusses the stripped-back set made from sustainably sourced pine wood in the Cour Carrée of the Louvre, the floor-to-ceiling screen which played British artist SOPHIE’s 2017 music video for It’s Okay To Cry and the Art Nouveau and the Belle Époque references. Knight notes on the collection's approachability for a younger consumer, however, he felt that there is a disconnect between SOPHIE’s music video and the collection as a whole.
