Show Report: Chanel S/S 14 Haute Couture

With Sebastian Tellier playing in the middle of yet another fantasy set, down came the girls with halos of spiky hair and iridescent trainers. While tops were cropped, there were no visible midriffs, bodysuits layered below. This focus on the waist, either peeking out clothed or corset-cinched, created an elegant erogenous zone, alluring even.

Of note was the pastel Sante Fe sunset outfit or its violet version, as well as similar silhouettes in requisite candy coloured transparent material, liquid Disney princess green and white with signature rainbow confetti trim. The elbow and knee pads shown may have prompted many a joke, but safety's important, especially when heading into fresh territory.
