For his debut menswear catwalk presentation Richard Nicoll employed his signature refined aesthetic by exploring modern elegance. Dandyish sportswear was the order of the day as Nicoll served up stylishly crisp attire mixing classic Men's shapes with a minimalist approach.
Patch work shirting, supple leather shirts and blouson jackets came in a clean palette of white, grey and shades of his signature blue. Nicoll focused on developing exclusive fabrics to ensure the menswear collection adhered to his required modern luxury - a jacquard regency print in royal blue bought richness to an otherwise stern collection. Colour blocked cashmere knits and waterproof gabardine sat with a silk Mac, bomber and anorak to enhance the luxurious practicality of the collection.
Made for a modern, creative, free thinking gent, Nicoll’s collection successfully merged contemporary lines with a sporty ease – a restrained and well judged contribution by Nicoll.
