Savoir-Faire Images: Dior Men's A/W 20
A selection of savoir-faire images of the coat of the final look from Kim Jones' Dior Men's A/W 20 collection. Inspired by a Marc Bohan dress from A/W 69, the coat has been realised as an haute couture piece: it took 900 hours of hand embroidery at the Vermont ateliers and more than 100 hours to assemble in the Dior ateliers - a total of 1100 hours of work. The embroideries mix long, flat sequins, bugle beads and rhinestones, so when it moves it catches the light in three different ways.
